  • Any participant who wants to attend the meeting must complete the online registration.
  • Any registrations sent via email will not be accepted.
  • Once you have completed your online registration, you can only modify your personal information up until the pre-registration deadline of August 15th (Sat), 2020.
  • A receipt for your registration can be issued and printed on 'My Page' after you have completed your registration and made payment.
  • Online registration will be available until the pre-registration deadline (August 15 (Sat.), 2020).
  • Due to currently ongoing COVID-19 situation, there will be no onsite registration for IVBM 2020 to minimize the face to face contact of the participants and staffs.

International participants who have already registered to IVBM 2020 but cannot participate in-person meeting due to COVID-19 situation, we are offering the refund and switch to the virtual meeting. For those who are willing to switch the registration from in-person meeting to virtual meeting, please contact Secretariat via email.

The cancellation of the Virtual Meeting registration is available until September 8 (Tue).
The refund will be made after the meeting.

Payment Method

Payment should be made using one of the following two options.
  • Online Credit Card Payment
    • Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
    • The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, JCB and AMEX.
    • All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
    • The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • Bank Transfer
    • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
    • A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the IVBM 2020 secretariat at
    • Please note that the transfer should be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
    • If the sender’s name is different from the name of the registrant, please send a copy of the transfer receipt to the IVBM 2020 secretariat at The registrant’s and sender’s names should be stated in the email.

Payment Status

You can check the payment status of your registration on ‘My page’.

- Payment needed: Payment has not been made yet.

- On-going: Registration fee has not been credited to the IVBM 2020 account yet.

- Completed: Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

For the bank transfer, it may take some time for the payment status to be updated as ‘completed’ because the secretariat has to confirm the payment.

Confirmation of Registration

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration.

Registrants can check the status of registration and payment on ‘My page’ by logging into the online registration system.

You will be able to print an official receipt from the online registration system once your payment is completed.

Note that the receipt will be available after your Payment is completed(credit card) or confirmed by the secretariat(bank transfer).

For Cancellations, please download the Cancellation Form and fill up the information then send to the IVBM 2020 secretariat at via email.
