Abstract
- PO-151Songyi Park
- Yonsei university, Korea
In this study, I showed that Sac-1004, an endothelial dysfunctional blocker, changed the TME, and improved antibody delivery to overcome the limitations of immunotherapy. Sac-1004 treatment directly normalized the abnormal vasculature and reduced hypoxia even in the tumor center region. The combination of Sac-1004 and anti-PD-1 enhanced infiltration of immune cells, including NK and T cells. In summary, Sac-1004 directly improves drug delivery in tumor and this can be applied to the various therapeutic approaches of vascular abnormalities. Finally, I would like to thank my professors and lab members to help me submit this E-Poster.
